Saint valentin Dinner

We have decided to put the little dishes in the big, and prepare you a romantic meal, by candlelight.

We will start with a glass of crèment de Bourgogne

the starter will be a delicious creamy soup with seasonal mushrooms

Then, we have prepared a shrimp and scallops cassolette with white wine and cream, served with jasmine rice.

For dessert, our deconstructed chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, Brooklyn, and chocolate coulis.

Very gourmand all that
