Etape 2 rencontrer les vigneronnes, et directement dans leur domaine. Ainsi je peux me rapprocher un peu plus de leur histoire, et de leur vie.
Allez c’est partit, je prends contact avec chacune d’entre elles pour avoir un RDV, entre mon emploi du temps surchargé et les vendanges, c’est pas gagné cette histoire, mais jadore leur optimisme ! “On va y arriver Alexandra !” Lol, j’ai vraiment l’impression de déjà les connaître, c’est si appréciable !
Plusieurs dates sont prises avec les vigneronnes des Côtes du Rhône, et du Languedoc, mais il faut vraiment que je planifie une visite en Alsace (Carine je te tiens au courent :-)) et dans la région Bordelaise, plus loin donc plus compliqué, avec les enfants, les vacances (…. et oui je m’envole pour la Thaïlande dans 15 jours hiiiii …. quoi toujours en vacances ??) Donc :

Entre temps, une copine rencontré grâce au Ladies Circle (elles sont partout love love), Irène, parle de mon projet à Claudine Vigne (oui c’est son VRAI nom), avec un tel nom elle était prédestiné au métier de vigneronne.
Claudine prend directement contact avec moi via Facebook, et nous convenons ensemble d’un RDV pour se voire.
Et là, je rencontre une vigneronne PASSIONNEE, avec un grand “P”, le temps était pluvieux, et oui ça nous arrive dans le sud, donc nous sommes rester dans son hangar Avec ses 4 hectares elle combine vin et maraichage bio. On a la chance de faire la visite, et je suis ébahie par sa connaissance, son matériel 3 grandes cuves, et son vin ! Le pressage a été fait le 29/09, elle nous fait gouter le vin en cours de vinification, une première pour moi !
En moyenne 26000 bouteilles, cette année fût une belle récolte !
Nous passons à la dégustation, et là Claudine nous explique tout tout tout, et c’est Super intéressante ! Par exemple quand le Vin assèche le palais cela veut dire que c’est unqui vin n’a pas fini ses molécules. Chaque vin contient des molécules rondes, Claudine cherche vraiment à finir cette molécule pour le meilleur des vin.
Avec un même jus elle a décidé de faire deux vins. Deux vins au goût bien différent, car le 2ème se démarque par une ….. dans le fut elle chêne. Le chêne permet l’oxygène d’agir sur les molécules avec une plus grande efficacité ! Un côté boisé très subtile ! Bref j’en ai pris 2 cartons ! Lol
La touche de Claudine : son bouchon estampillé de son nom et d’une pensée, ainsi elle envoie une pensée à chacun de ses clients, moi j’adooooore ce détail !
Je retournerai chez Claudine Vigne avec plaisir, et oui le temps ne nous a pas permis de voire les vignes !!

So I take their mail, and I contact their to have a date for visiting, but with their and I are overbooked ! It’s not easy but they are so enthusiastic : “don’t worry Alexandra, we can do it !” Lol it’s very appreciate to know there winegrower ‘women !
Ok ! It’s good I have many dates with winegrower ‘women in my region, Côtes du rhône and Languedoc, but for far region as Alsace (Carine I call you) and Bordeaux it’s more difficult with children, holidays (yes I take holidays to go to Thailand since 15 days hiiiii …. What always in holidays ??)

In the same time, I met Claudine Vigne (her name is very nice beacause Vigne in French is vine), a winegrower ‘women, thanks to Irene a Ladies Circle contact (Ladies are all over, love love), with this name she almost do winegrower no?
Claudine takes directly contact with me on Facebook, and we take a date to meet.
And I met a real passionate winegrower ‘women, with a big “P”, the weather is dislike, and yes we can have rain in south of France, we stayed in her hangar. With her 4 hectare she has wine and bio gardening. I have chance to visit, and I’m amazed with her knowledge, her equipment 3 winemaking tanks and her wine ! Pressing began on 29/09, I tested wine during its winemaking, it’s the first for me !
She make 26000 bottles, and it’s a good years !
We began the degustation, and Claudine explain everything’s, it’s really interesting ! For example, when wine dries up the palate its means the wine doesn’t finish its molecules. Every wine has a round molecule, Claudine really search finish wine ‘molecule to have a best wine.
With the same grape, she decided to do 2 wines. Two wines with a different taste, because a part of the second winemaking in an oak barrel. The oak give oxygen and act more effectively on molecule ! A very subtle wood side ! So I take 2 cases lol !
The Claudine’s touch is her plug with her name and a pansy, so she give a thought for her customers; I love this detail !
I must go again in Claudine Vigne place to see her vine !!
