Orders are shipped on the following business day. Shipping charges will vary depending on the weight of your package and your distance from Winemak'Her Bar. Depending on your shipping destination, please allow up to 7 business days for UPS ground shipments and up to 10 business days for all USPS shipments. Please note that UPS will not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made with us for any reason, please contact us for an exchange. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, how many units you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with instructions on how to send the items back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and 20% restocking fee.
